I can be available to meet with your potential listings to help explain the details of our promotional powers and what it means to be an "Internet Realtor". I can do for you any activity that is computer based, including taking extra pictures of properties and publishing them to the Internet.

What I can do for you
Web publishing
-Display listings and Grand Tours on my websites (princetonrealestate.com, princetonrealty.com, yardleyrealestate.com, buckscountyrealestate.com. Ask me for a complete list of all the URL's I own) or buy your own URL.
-Produce videos and convert them to MPEG format for distribution by E-mail, CD-Rom, streaming from a website or back onto tape.
-Follow up email leads with weekly mailings of the web site featuring a weekly updated page of properties in their price and # of bedrooms with agent picture, email link and homepage link at the top of the page.
-For buyers, publish or email listings sorted from the MLS.
-For sellers, publish and maintain an interactive marketing plan so that the customer can follow along with the progress of the marketing program. This is currently in the form a check list that is updated as you progress through the steps of the marketing plan.
-Publish the agents resume and qualifications.
-Create forms for customers to fill out with their email address in return for allowing them to see extra pictures and the listing sheet for your listing. Submit common disclaimers and forms
-Film and publish videos of listings and agents. Lets customers see properties before they waste your resources showing them properties that they dont want.
Tech support
-Give your customers something no other Realtor can, complimentary in home tech support (done by me, billed to you at agreed rate of $50 an hour) for as long they list with you.
-Computer support for you and/or your assistants at a rate of $50 an hour. I can all applications used by Realtors today. (I usually come to your office once a week for a few hours to plan the weeks agenda and go over any home/office computer issues/problems/questions.)
-Support, consult and repair Computer hardware issues. From buying a new system to trouble shooting and replacing your old computers ailing Modem, Hard drive etc
Database to track your customers.
-Create, maintain and execute mailings to your customer database.
-Execute queries, searches, updates and deletions of a database of your customers.
Desk top publishing and broadcast faxing
-Create and distribute fact sheets, just listed, etc.
